Customer Testimonial 2
I understand people do not like collectors or businesses that use b2b (business to business) strategies but from what I read online about Commercial Investigations, Inc. these comments have gotten out of hand. My business residence is in the greater Los Angeles area, and b2b phone calls happen all day long. If I had a dollar for every single time a b2b phone call occurred that did not swing in my favor, well I’d be so rich I’d be paying someone, to pay someone else to write what I’m writing.
I have run my own business for 10 years now, and before that I have worked in almost every single industry out there. I’ve done telemarketing work, I’ve done retail, and I’ve done phone sales. I understand the ups and the downs of collections and b2b calling.
On some comments made against Commercial Investigations, Inc. staff was overly assertive on the phone. Every time I interact with them I have never had such an experience, if you treat someone with respect they will do the same. This leads me to believe that most of these alleged stories it was not Commercial Investigations, Inc. were not the ones creating the problem but the other people on the phone. No one wants to blame themselves especially on the internet, it’s a lot easier to jump on this bandwagon of bashing.
I first interacted with Commercial Investigations, Inc. over the phone from a b2b phone call. The first phone call I was not interested, they continued to give me their information and I kindly said no thank you and hung up. However about 3 months later I received another phone call, at this time I asked for some information and literature. I actually ran this through my personal attorney, had him read through the fine print and clearly understood what I might get myself into. After that I decided to send over one account. Needless to say it snowballed from there, I just kept sending more and more now C.I.I. is an intricate part of my business. You may not want to give their services a chance but is there really a need to attack them online? Commercial Investigations, Inc collects on my debtors and they show results at a reasonable cost, plain and simple.
